Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Poland: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Other countries: 5–14 business days
The delivery times provided above are estimates and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, holiday periods, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is displayed during checkout and depends on the destination country and the available shipping method.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost is 0.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
Delivery Delays
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may depend on the carrier's operations. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will do our best to help you determine its status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will contact the customer to determine the next steps.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend documenting the condition of the package and the product by taking photographs and contacting us as soon as possible.
